All 316 SS wet end including shaft and motor mount. 4 vane high efficiency semi open impeller. Solids handling capability to 1” depending on trim. Flanged 4”suction and 3” discharge. Removable face plate with o-ring seal. John Crane Type 21 mechanical seal. Premium efficient motor with heavy duty 316 SS shaft. Heavy duty double row ball bearing at drive end of motor. All stainless steel cart of sanitary design. Compact, well balanced and easy to maneuver. Nema 4X electrical enclosure with local disconnect. Standard stop/start push button control.
Cart mounted pump or bare pump. 15 to 40 horsepower motor as needed. Pump can be fitted to meet a variety of flow and head requirements. Suction and discharge fittings to suit customer requirements. Fixed Speed start/stop control with contactor. Variable Speed Drive (VFD) with manual speed control . VFD with automatic control of inlet or discharge pressure. VFD speed control via remote signal. Dry run shut down sensor with timed or manual reset. Customization can be accommodated.
